Elizabeth Trautman

Elizabeth Trautman (far right) who lived her first forty six years in the U.S.A., is a physician and midwife.  She ran a practice in Moses Lake, Washington for fifteen years before answering a call to move to Zambia to care for, and train, children with disabilities. Children have been the light of her life since she was small and it is a joy for her to love the children of Lusaka.  She, along with Simon and Ysu, founded Seeking Hearts. Currently, she is serving as the Executive Director of SHF and is the administrator at The Lighthouse. 

Simon Mulumbi

Simon Mulumbi (3rd from left), native to Zambia, is a public policy and communication specialist who lives in Lusaka where he works for the Zambian Human Rights Commission. A graduate of University of Zambia and the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies (GRIPS), Tokyo, Simon has been working with State and Non-State actors since 2003 on programmes aimed at empowering the poor and vulnerable people including women, children and persons with disabilities. Simon has also spent five years serving on Emmanuel Fellowship Ministries Board as a deacon. Simon and his wife Ennie have four children. Simon is one of the founders of Seeking Hearts Foundation and serves as the Treasurer of the board.

Ackwell Mbalamweshi

Ackwell Mbalamweshi (3rd from right), native to Zambia, is the Bishop of Emmanuel Fellowship MInistries in Lusaka. Ackwell had his beginnings as a school teacher, and is a father to 10 children, along with his wife, Elizabeth. They both desire to give their lives in service to the Kingdom of God. Ackwell holds the position of Secretary and has served on the board of SHF since 2019.

Jeff Trautman

Jeff Trautman (2nd from right) resides in Salem, Oregon with his wife McKenzie and their two children. Jeff is an attorney at Trautman Law, LLC, where his law practice focuses on real estate, estate planning and business law. Jeff is thankful to have the opportunity to serve on the Seeking Hearts Foundation board and is grateful to be participating in the work that God is doing in Zambia. Jeff has been on the board since 2019, and currently serves as the Chairman of the board.

Luke Selby

Luke Selby (2nd from left) is a husband, small business owner, and dad of five. One way he utilizes business as ministry is by making opportunities to train young men in practical skills and also engaging with them as a mentor and friend. Luke has lived out his sincere faith as a husband and dad in everyday life, and also has been involved in various missions and church building projects. His work with Seeking Hearts Foundation includes helping with building plans and construction work, as well as organizational aspects, prayer support, and encouragement. Luke began serving on the board in 2021.

Jeanette Keating

Jeanette Keating (far left) lives in Salem, Oregon with her husband, Corey. She is a Registered Nurse and loves working with people. Being a part of what God is doing at the Lighthouse is a real adventure. Jeanette brings her medical background and servant’s heart to the foundation, as well as an anticipation of God building His believers together across the earth as we serve and honor His children with special needs in Zambia. Jeanette came onto the board in 2021.
